1 Year Limited Warranty

Health Master Outdoors warrants that its sauna products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. 

Warranty Coverage: 

Health Master Outdoors will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part or component found to be defective within the warranty period. The warranty covers materials and workmanship, including but not limited to heaters, controls, and structural components. 

Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, or accidents. Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or damage caused by environmental conditions are also excluded. 

Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must email us at info@heatmastersaunas.com within the warranty period. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and product serial number, must be provided. The Company may require additional information or documentation to process the claim. 

Resolution Options:

Upon validating the warranty claim, Health Master Outdoors will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement of the defective part or product. If a replacement is deemed necessary, the Company will provide a comparable product or component. 

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, Health Master Outdoors liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or component. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic losses. 

Disclaimer:

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Health Master Outdoors and supersedes any other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
